Building Personal Resilience

In this 8-week live online course, you’ll learn how to regulate

emotions and reduce stress to achieve greater levels of

health, creativity, insight, and personal balance.

 ​Course Outcomes:

  • Ability to think clearly and find more efficient solutions.

  • More efficient solutions to everyday challenges.

  • Maintain poise and composure during challenges.

  • Improved family and social harmony.

  • Reduced fatigue and exhaustion.

  • Facilitates the body’s natural regenerative processes.

  • Improved meditation and focus.

  • Access moment-to-moment intuition throughout the day.

Class Structure:

  • One-hour class via Zoom each week, for 8 weeks.

  • Maximum class size of 6 so that we can easily have discussions and share experiences.

  • Each week will consist of a new lesson and technique to be practiced before the next lesson.

  • Handouts and reference materials will be provided to continue your practice of the techniques.

  • Private Facebook group for the 8 weeks for discussion and collaboration.
