In this 8-week live online course, you’ll learn how to regulate
emotions and reduce stress to achieve greater levels of
health, creativity, insight, and personal balance.

One-hour class via Zoom each week, for 8 weeks.

Maximum class size of 6 so that we can easily have discussions and share experiences.

Each week will consist of a new lesson and technique to be practiced before the next lesson.

Handouts and reference materials will be provided to continue your practice of the techniques.

Private Facebook group for the 8 weeks for discussion and collaboration.
